Last year the Appraisal Institute celebrated its 75th anniversary as the world’s leading organization of professional real estate appraisers. With more than 22,000 members and 92 chapters throughout the United States, Canada and abroad, the Appraisal Institute continues to serve as the foremost membership organization for real property valuation professionals.

For 2008, we are pleased to launch our new web site for the Seattle Chapter of the Appraisal Institute. Seattle remains one of the more prominent chapters in the nation and has a very strong membership base. Our local web site is designed to serve as a portal for our members and guests linking them with valuable information about our chapter, local appraisers, educational offerings, meetings and the appraisal profession as a whole.
