   Holi Weaver has a long history in the Puget Sound real estate industry. She grew up in the area and her father, Tom Weaver, has been running a residential real estate appraisal business for about 20 years. Holi went to Washington State University and got a BA in Business Administration/Economics and an MA in Applied Economics. She worked for her father throughout college and gained a thorough knowledge of the real estate market. Upon completing grad school, she started a position as a real estate economist with HUD. She has been with HUD for 7.5 years doing risk assessment for the FHA fund, forecasting housing demand, and publishing research. In her spare time she loves to get outside, whether it be hiking, backpacking, snowshoeing, or disc golfing. Recently, however, she spends all of her spare time being a mommy to an 11 month old daughter, Elliot.

  • Industry speakers selected by our Programs Chair

  • Members from outside of King/Pierce/Snohomish counties will be eligible to receive a $20 travel reimbursement per meeting from the chapter.

Interested in bringing guests?  You can purchase additional Prepaid Meals memberships for a regular guest such as a spouse, colleagues, employees, or even purchase a spare membership and bring a different guest each time!  Non-member attendance at dinners is usually $70 so by purchasing prepaid meals, you’ll be saving $20 per meal!
